The VI-OR restaurant of Villa Ormaneto celebrates the most authentic flavors of the Venetian rural tradition. Inside a 14th-century hunting lodge, once owned by the Scaligeri family, an elegant and convivial setting welcomes guests to rediscover the tradition of the lower Verona area.
The order of the dishes follows the classic Italian menu, with appetizers, first courses, main courses, and desserts, then concluding with the unmissable ritual of coffee and digestive liqueur.
In addition to the à la carte options, we have included a special menu dedicated to Forgotten Dishes that represents a journey through the great flavors of rural Venetian cuisine.
