The VI-OR restaurant of Villa Ormaneto celebrates the most authentic flavors of the rural Venetian tradition. Inside a 14th-century hunting lodge, once belonging to the Scaliger family, an elegant and convivial setting welcomes guests to rediscover the tradition of the lower Verona area.
The order of dishes follows the classic Italian menu, with appetizers, first courses, main courses, and desserts, concluding with the essential ritual of coffee and digestive liqueur.
In addition to the à la carte offerings, we have introduced a special menu dedicated to Forgotten Dishes that represents a journey through the great flavors of Venetian country cuisine.
